The Squawks V3 release will support converting squawk reports into properly formatted maintenance records aligned with §43.9 / §43.11 standards, ready for review and sign-off.

Can I use Squawks for multiple aircraft? ▼

Yes — all plans include unlimited aircraft under one account. Squawks V3 will go further with multiple users assigned to the same aircraft, shared squawk visibility, full record transfer when aircraft are sold, and a Business plan for organizations.

Can I send squawks to anyone, or do they need an account? ▼

You can send a squawk to any mechanic or maintenance facility — they don't need a Squawks account to receive it. Reports are delivered by email, and submitters can track every squawk's status in-app from submission through resolution.

Is my data secure? ▼

Squawks stores account and squawk data securely, follows industry standard practices for in-transit and at-rest protection, and does not sell user data to third parties.
